They are very unforgiving men. they trust their significant others very deeply and once that trust is betrayed you can forget it....there is no turning back once you've screwed over a Capricorn man. This is not to say that they won't entertain the thought of forgiving...but they are too level headed and down to earth and they are the sign that is very reality based---therefore they are ones to stick to the saying "once a cheater always a cheater".
They are very earth based, stable, loyal people.,...and once someone has betrayed their trust they just dont see the point of going back to that person only to be hurt again.
They have their heads on straight--so they know what the outcome will be if they go back.

Wow a bit of bad luck hey! Well Capricorn men are are staunch believers in justice and the way things should be done is the right way or not at all , so I guess the last to relationships have shook him to the core and his belief in marriage. But you know they are human and do fall in love quickly, so yes there is hope they will remarry but they will be wary and not as trusting third time around.

if there is genuine repentance or - no, not exactly repentance,
but genuine love for him and desire to be together on her part -
to find a way to be good for each other - and if he trusts and believes it, he may. may. depends how deep the betrayal was. there are worse things than cheating.... capricorns forgive, but they don't forget. not soon anyway. not until / unless they really believe things have moved on.
