It's a tie between Gaara and naruto. Both very cool, strong, and full of potentail. And they'll both be leaders of the villages. Gaara will be the Kazakage and Naruto the Hokage

Itachi is the coolest because he has the coolest technique"72 hours of torture" thats his coolest jutsu and he is the second strongest in Akatsuki group and his name sounds cool because it means weasel in japanese. Plus he may look like a evil guy but cares for his brother. Haven't you all notice whenever They meet Itachi somewhere in the episode he never kills anybody when he had the chance. This also gives a clue that he cares for Sasuke.(just my theory =D)
