Pamper myself....warm bubble bath, hot tea or glass of wine, snuggle in bed with good book or watch a movie that fits my mood....
At least that's what I would do if I ever had the time!

Well it all depends on why you are feeling low. Sometimes when i feel low, i like to watch a comedy movie. helps take my mind off of things. You could start a journal. To be perfectly honest thoug, when i am low, there is nothing like having a talk with my mother. she can always shed some light on the situation and offer me suggestions on how to handle whatever is making me down.

Don't think too much. Just do. Most of all do aerobic excercise like brisk walking (I like the elliptical trainer at the gym) everday for atleast 30 minutes, or every other day if you can't manage every day. My doctor says this can be a natural antidepressant. It works for me, when I stick to it.

listen to music, go jogging, read a book, play guitar, leave interesting notes for the neighbors, play xbox, go rollerblading, take a nap, go to the roof of my apt. and drop water balloons, call my sister, go to the hottub.

Crank up Elvis or Neil Diamond or the Beach boys and dance til I sweat ..........by the I am so tired I am pleased to be a lump and it takes my mind off sh**...........take care try it !
