Hi,

http://www.stickercam.com

lets you add animated stickers and borders to your webcam:

> Click the Broadcast tab in StickerCam
> Select your own webcam as the source
> In your application (E.g. Yahoo Messenger) select the webcam as WackyB-StickerCam
> You can now drag'n'drop image/text/filters/special effects onto the preview window in StickerCam for everyone to view.. loads more features including high quality digital zoom and pan.. playing back AVI video and photo slideshows as your own webcam (fake webcam) and recording the webcam you transmit and view (Yahoo Messenger only)

When you are viewing a webcam you can right click the preview window in StickerCam to save indervidual images to JPG (both for webcams you are viewing and your own)

Hope this helps :)
