I'm talking about things like being able to own land, carry a firearm, challenge an authority in court, demonstrate, freedom of speach, being innocent until proven guilty, right to a fair trial, freedom of religion, etc.

No. Canada is close. They have to have their guns in a gun cabinet and locked at all times.

Canada pretty much has Gun Control Laws. I have talked with a lot of Canadians, they regret ever voting that in.

Not really sure.. But like Norway, Sweden, Denmark. Are more open than us. Denmark for example.. Drugs are not a criminal offense.. It's a medical issue.. Ya.. I understand there are lots of treatment centers over there.
