And will this work? The people there are already starving and surely the ones affected by sanctions (again, I am not sure what these are) will be innocents.....isn't there some other way? Has this worked before? Thank you for you information.

I've wondered this myself as North Korea is already the most isolated country with very little dependence on the rest of the world. They are a communist nation and clearly Kim Jong Il is not concerned with the majority of his population. I really don't know what type of sanctions are going to be put in place as they don't rely on the rest of the world for anything.

Sanctions are punishments to businesses that are no longer solid Republicans. In a flat international they do no longer artwork nicely. they are maximum in all probability differences of ones used on Pakistan, Egypt India and Israel..Oops none have been imposed on Israel.
