This is a hard one; I'd have to divide it by division.
AFC West: This is a hard one but I'm gonna have to go with Kansas City having the best uniforms. They are nice and snappy looking. THE WORST: Raiders..very plain looking but I guess looking retro is now in style.
AFC NORTH: Baltimore's uniforms are the best and they may be best in the AFC itself. I love the color coordination. THE WORST: Cincinnati....as always.
AFC SOUTH: Really hard to say whose uniforms are cool. I'm going with the Houston Texans. I've always liked their uniforms since they were inducted as an NFL team. They may be a losing team but at least they look good doing it. THE WORST: Indianapolis...very plain.
AFC EAST: I'm going with Buffalo; the uniforms are nice looking and I liked the home-team uniforms in the season of 2002. THE WORST: Well, it WAS Miami but I changed my mind....Cleveland's wardrobe is the worst. Plain, no flair, and like someone else said...there's no logo on their helmets.
NFC WEST: I am going to go with Seattle. Very snappy and color-coordinated. The home jerseys are the best. THE WORST: St. Louis....I don't know; I just don't like the colors. Maybe they can take the original blue and yellow and make it something a little more modern.
NFC NORTH: I'm going with Detroit; I'm biased since my favorite color is blue. They are a vast improvement over the old Lions uniforms of yore. THE WORST: It's really hard to choose but I'm going to pick Chicago. They need to update the uniform...bad.
NFC SOUTH: Carolina all the way. Gotta love the color coordination. THE WORST: Tampa Bay; the color coordination is just wrong. They need to use the colors from their original uniform and make it something cool and exciting.
NFC EAST: I'm going with Washington. I love the mixture of colors; very vibrant and cool. THE WORST: NY Giants. The jerseys look dull. Wardrobe needs to be updated.

Well I like the Broncos Uniforms. They're better with the bolder colors. I love the horse on the side of the helmets. It just looks so mean. Although I could be saying all this cause I live in Denver and you have to be a big Broncos fan if you live in Denver (unless you're my husband's boss).
The Browns have to have the worst because who wants to wear an outfit the color of poo? And the Raider's aren't that great either, but who likes the Raiders?

Both in the NFC North...
Best Uniform- Chicago Bears. Why? One word... TRADITION!
Unlike every other team who feels the need top change their jersey colors and logo at the droip of a hat, the Bears have changed little to nothing about their unifors since the '20s.
Worst Uniform- Minnesota Vikings. I'm not sure what their new jerseys remind me of more... a college jersey, or something you'd see people wearing to play rollerball.

Best
It's hard to pick one because several teams have stuck with tradition over trying to artificially spike jersey sales with pretty color schemes; the Raiders, Bears, Packers, Browns, and the Giants and Jets have reverted to tradition. Of the bunch, I think I'd go with the Bears. If for no other reason than because of the GSH (George Halas' initials) that still adorn their sleeves more than 20 years after Halas' death. As a Packer fan, I hate the Bears, but I LOVE that.
Worst
Broncos - their need to eliminate their storied orange unis were the first major modern statement about the meaninglessness of tradition. ("Orange Crush"? What's that!?) Now you're seeing the Nike-fication of college teams across the country, including (sadly) NFL teams.
Runners-up are ...
Seattle (You look like you just climbed out of Puget Sound),
Cincinnati (Can you FIT any more tiger stripes on your unis? Ohh, TIGERS, I get it. They look like pajamas.)
Patriots (was there a USFL surplus sale that I missed?)
Ravens (You're named for Edgar Allen Poe, so you go with a cartoon bird with a B stamped on his head? Seriously. Could you dumb it down for us any more?)
Bills and Titans (I like the colors but am not sure why you went with the part-time shoulder boards. Was this some sort of boardroom compromise?)

i'm able to't quite ***** approximately any present day uniforms. The worst in my ideas are the Bucs creamsicle throwbacks and the Seahawks neon green throwbacks. Oh yeah, just about forgot. I HATE the Broncos throwback socks.

The New Orleans Saints have the best, the Cleveland Browns have the worst. They don't even have a picture or logo on their helmets!
