The bleach has removed the dye from the colored shirt. Replacing the color isn't easy.
Here's a site that gives some options:

I'm afraid you can't get bleach out of something- it doesn't actually stain something- it takes the colour out- so sorry there is no way to fix it- you could try dying you shirt another colour- or just turn it inot your round the house work shirt- i reccommend keep a special sent of fereal clothes that you don't care what happens to for using bleach cause i cant grantee that when you're not wearing them it'll be them that you'll spill some thing on yourself and take the colour out

go to the store and get some sharpie markers...get every color you can find....keep these on hand for future use

using the color sharpie that matches the color best fill in the white spot....start out by filling in the white with just a little color at a time until you are satisified with the results..then wash and dry the shirt as normal...you will not always get a perfect color match but it will beat looking at that white spot and trust me sharpie is the best permanent marker there is for everything and will not wash out of clothes either

so try this and see how it works....all these other people just dont know this trick and i have used it many times on my shirts and that is how i learned that the color will not always match 100% of the time but it does work so unless someone is looking very close up nobody will know what you have done.

It is not possible, because the bleach did not stain the shirt - it took the color out! Permanently I'm afraid. Sorry.

Not only can you not remove the bleached area but in short order you'll find a hole in that spot. It's not worth trying to dye because straight bleach not only takes out color but also weakens the fabric.

NO... that's practically impossible! my personal advice... get some acrylic paint or pentle pens and start covering the bleach marks! in the first place you should've used color safe bleach... hmmm be careful next time ok...

Of course...nothing could be simpler. Just rinse and dry the shirt...and the bleach will all be out. The colors won't be there...but the bleach will sure be gone.
