I'm not sure that 'please' actually has an opposite. The word 'please' implies a humble request. It is a shortened version of "if you please", which implies that the one asked is performing a favor for the asker. Perhaps a demand would be the closest, such as Give, without the attached 'please'. Please does have counterparts, such as the above mentioned 'thanks', but that is not really an opposite.
