First, Depending on her personality you do not want to Overwhelm her (Give her some time). The ideal thing would be flowers, chocolate and the whole nine, but some girls are already use to that and it would not matter
Trying to be creative but not too creative is good, you know your "friend" more than I do so try to verbally apologize so that she knows that you at least made that effort and then pull something creative out of your hat and add on to that and she will come around, if not whatever you did must have been really serious

Buy her a rose and tell her that she's all you ever dream about. Tell her that she's the only girl in the world that you could possibly think about. If you love her, tell her you love her. depends on what you did or said to her. If it was something really bad forget it. If not then do something out of the way that she would think you would never do. Show her you are really sorry. not sure what you did so i can,t really help out to much sorry. Good luck
