Non-toxic waterbased crayola markers, with the fine tips. Believe me, I've been this desperate for a touch-up, and yes it works, no blisters. I have really sensitive eyes too. Only trouble is, it doesn't stay on at all, because it's washable. Match-stick? Are you crazy???

Use a dark eye shadow to line your eyes, the smokey eye effect is actually in style and popular now :-)

if you just like roll your mascara brush below your eye, then wet a piece of toilet paper, you just be able to wash it off but it still has the whole eyeline look. Try not to smudge it though.

Use dark eyeshadow. Dampen a brush get the shadow thick that will work.
Oh but you can't like use it on the inside lid.

christ ! what the hell...... nevermind.....Ok , use eye shadow . Just lick the side of the applicator to wet it and then make a fudgy line with the eyeshowdow ( black or Plum wine to make your eyes appear more green ; ) ! )

A "sharpie" but make big "raccoon eyes" like the girls in the strip clubs do....not that I go to those..yaknow..
