I remember when I was younger I used to watch this somewhat, dark childrens movie. I don't exactly remember the plot, but it had something to do with blue people living under the sea, in a cave, or somewhere underground. surprisingly i only remember a perverted part, when a little blue girl sees a boys ehem and then she starts laughing.
I posted something on imdb and nobody has come up with the title. i even went through a list of animated films on wikopedia and found nothing. it may well have been a foreign film, but any answers would be greatly appreciated.

I believe it's "Subway To Paradise", with the rats and blue-skinned humans and lava and escape following that talking flamingo? Wonderful film, I watched it when I was young too. I still have it on tape!

Definetely the Disney action picture Mulan (1998) it quite is approximately 2 familys combating and actually of having a super conflict interior the tip 2 human beings combat, what is going to take place next, oooooooh suspense.
