It doesn't mean that she is not interested in you, it just means that she might not be ready to start dating again or not ready to start a first relationship. When my boyfriend first asked me out, I said 'I'll think about it." And when he asked again a month later, I said yes (we've now been together 3 years and are talking about getting married). Just give her a little time then ask again (just don't seem pushy when you ask the second time). If she really does think about, she will more than likely will say yes. Good luck!

In one way its a nice way of saying no without anyone actually saying it.
In another way girls ask there friends about your past history and if they should or shouldnt go out with you but it usally ends up no.

I seem to beileve that she's not interested in you in that way but, she likes you enough as a friend to not want to hurt your feelings. OR maybe you have a chance but, she wants to clear it by her friends first.
