I need to know how to convert this file into a file that i can play with a video player. If you can tell me exact directions on what to do that would be great.

To play .bin files you will first need to use WinRar to un-"rar" it
After Un-'rar'ing you need to use a virtual cd/DVD emulator like Daemon (http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php?mode=ViewCategory&catid=5) to run it
Once you have mounted it, it will act as a DVD and play on any DVD playing software that you have on your computer

I can get it to play on my PC but I can't get it to a DVD either. I am going to be interested in this answer. To get it to play back on your PC, get Vidx installed, you can find it on a lot of software downoad sites.

videolan player ... or burn it to cd using a burning app in the image section... its most likely a vcd or svcd
