1. There cannot be a Sperm ejaculation during Urination
2. When erect, the penis will allow only sperm or urine at a time not both as you described here
3. Have you taken any spicy hot food with lots of Chillies, it will also cause burning sensation during urination and sperm ejaculation
4. If you have not taken spicy food, you may have
a. STD / VD
b. Stones
c. Urinary infection
d. Excess body heat
if you are not having excess body heat and but having doubt of items a,b,c please consult a urologist

Thats likely not sperm coming out when your are urinating, it sounds more like pus; you likely have an STD either chlamydia or gonorrhea... the treatment is the same (antibiotics) so go see your physician or an std/sexual health clinic. The other thing your problem could be is a urinary tract infection, which is also treated by antibiotics... so time to go see your doc.

Get checked for an infection. Urinary tract infections ar characterised by frequent urination, burning on urination, dark urine and foul odor.
I honestlky haven't heard of sperm ejaculation while urinatin, and I'
ve been inth health care field for more thasn 30 years.

You probably have some kind of infection and need to get antibiotics from a doctor or a clinic. That should take care of it within a week or 10 days---and you'll be as good as new.

Sounds like you've got an STD. If it were a urinary tract infection, it would actually feel good to ejaculate.

you ether have an (STD) or you have a urinary track infection ....you can try drinking a 4oz class of cranberry juice once a day for a week, and/or, go see a doctor....but would be better to see a doctor anyway .....good luck

Clap as they say or gonorrhea, RUN, don't walk to your nearest doctor. And if untreated for a long period of time, rumor has it , it can make you sterile. So don't share your buddy with anyone and put on your running shoe pronto!

Well could be one of two things...You could have a UTI (urinary tract infection)...or you could have gotten yourself into some stale chips....either way you need to get checked out by a doctor

No sex and go see your doctor. Sounds like you could have an STD and all you would do is pass this on to someone else.
