No way dude. I have ADD, so I live in a daydream. My subconscious mind pretty much does everything for me. However I know for a fact that alot of kids and young adults have issues with this regardless of a disorder. This has to do with the lifestyle we lead. Old people aren't just farting at the mouth when they say TV, video games and computers rot your brain. Lets face it, these devices dominate our generations free time. If you do not engage your brain on a regular basis, your neurotransmitters die, thus the numbing effect you feel upstairs.

This is the state that those who meditate hope to attain. Sometimes when we are tired or sick, it takes energy away from the thinking mind and you are more likely to experience a state that is devoid of thought. Usually it only lasts a moment or two. There are some people who live in this state more or less continually and that is called "enlightenment". Maybe you were a munk or something in a past life.

You are not conscious of what you are doing all the time. An important question is whether you have large periods of time that just seem to be missing - like going shopping and not remembering. If you lose hours of time and don't know what happened, you may be dissociating. Otherwise, you might just have ADHD, or it could be normal. It's a matter of degree. If you can focus your attention when you need to, no problem.

The Wilpons are right up among the worst owners in baseball. Seriously, I figure that they're professionals and that there should be some kind of positive argument for the things they do, but sometimes it's just mind boggling. The Wilpons have been messing up the Mets for years now along with their horrible GM and manager.. Just awful. The Mets have good players, but horrible, HORRIBLE staff and owners behind the scenes.

In Buddhism we call it "Stillness" and it is imperative to inner peace! You will find by doing this more often you will tend not to suffer all the ill effects of life's stress. Do this as often you can, it will never ever hurt you!
