A quick bath maybe. Or she didnt bathe in water, if she bathed at all that is. She could of bathed in soda pop. It sticks but it does the job, right? And look! She smells like oranges or whatever flavor she used.
Wait, no one liked her right? So maybe she didnt bathe at all. Do witches smell? Iunno...
Oh Wetnaps! That aint water. And you get that tingly feeling afterwords. So clean.

Wicked Witches bathe in vinegar - They do this for several reasons;
A: It keeps them sour.
B: It means they can eat pickled onions easier.
C: It stops them melting.
A good question, although this makes me wonder why Harry Potter couldn't just throw water of Voldemort? Maybe he doesn't know about the water rules? ;)

Maybe she never bathed, because her witch powers kept her clean.
Nice avatar, by the way.

She didn't bathe. Read the book "Wicked" by Gregory Macguire. It explains a lot.

good question; i think she either took a dust bath like chinchillas or that was the reason she only hung out with flying monkeys. (i guess they didnt mind the smell)

Maybe she bathed in vinegar? That would explain the attitude.
