I don't know what is going on in your life or your age so.. all I can think of is Stress or Change. You can always go to a doctor.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are asking. But, if you have had a period every month, then you are not pregnant. If I misread your question and you ARe pregnant and you experienced bleeding, you need to call your doctor (but if you are pregnant why take the pill... again, I don't understand your question). Sometimes you bleed heavier one month, doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Have you recently been going through some very stressful times in your life? Women in combat have said that their cycles stopped.
Did you recently lose a female loved one? Studies have shown that women who have shared homes together, like college roommates for example, tend to over time, sync their menstrual cycles together. If you lost, let's a very close female companion, that might be a reason. Another reason, is have you recently moved or changed jobs? Changing where we live at times can cause parts of our bodies not to function correctly - for example, have you ever been on a camping trip and not have had a bowel movement the time that you had been there?

Have you changed your diet recently or lost a lot of weight or put on weight? There could be a number of possiblities including STD's. Go to a gynocologist with a list of any lifestyle changes you have made recently but if you are sure that you are not pregnant, than something is definatly wrong.

Personally, I'd see a doctor about it. If you are an athlete and run a lot .. that can stop a period .. from what I have heard. There could be several other reasons that only a Doctor could help you discover through blood tests and such. Good Luck ! :)

are you under weight. This can cause this problem. Women must have enough body fat to menstruate. I do not know why this is I just know I have a friend who is anorexic and because she is so thin she no longer has this bodily fuction anymore. I would have a doctor check you out. I am not trying to insinuate that you are anorexic was just an example.

You need to see your obgyn... it could be stress or diet or it could be something like PCOS (Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome) which is just a change in hormones plus ovarian cysts or it could be worse... It is worth the time and money to check it out... I did and after 5 months my system was jump started after diagnosis of PCOS and I'm regular again.

How old are you? It could be menopause. My mom stopped having regular periods at the wee age of 30. Also, if you are under stress or have lost a lot of weight it could stop your periods.
