i think the air filter is clogged so your truck cant breathe. this happend to me and i changed the clogged filter and now i aint got a "dead spot"

nothing usually. it will give a pause usually in newer vehicles if you floor it and by the way its not good to floor it

i own a repair shop,and if i knew the year of it i could help you ,without knowing the year of it ,there,s too many things it could be,sorry i cant help this time.,,,PS no one can answer this one truth fully you didn't provide enough information for a good answer,.
