Yes, sore breasts are one of the side effects of all hormonal contraceptives. Try avoiding things like caffine for now and give your body time to adjust to the pill. Hi. It's probably from the pill. I had sore, swollen breasts all the time when i was on the pill, and when i stopped taking them, i never had them again.

As with all prescription drugs, birth control pills come with a sheet or sheets of paper listing the uses and hazards of using the drug. I know it may be too much to ask, but could you just read the papers?

all forms of birth control have the posibility of side effects. this, unfortunately, was a very typical one for me wile i started new RX's. BC pills with low levels of hormones (like Tri-Cyclen Lo) were great for me cause i was prone to experiencing side effects on EVERYTHING else. don't worry about it, once your body is used to the hormones, the symptoms will (hopefully) go away.
if it doesn't, i'd try a new RX.
