Blacks(some not all) use that term as often as they say Hello but when a white person says it(even in jest is never a good idea) they act shocked and applauded.

blacks use the term all of the time in real time and on songs and shows. Most black comdeians and rap singers use the term every show. They understand it is really an term of honor, but follow the media rhetic on trying to ban anyone except themseves from using the word.

He can use the word because he's not using the word in a bad way. If he would have used in in a bad way there' s no way the song would be anywhere on the radio or televison.
