1. Ghosts - Spirit of a dead person.
2. Vampires - People sometimes get a disease called porphyria and crave blood. They get pale skin, from lacking the vitamin they need, causing them to crave blood. All the famouse vampire traits except for the fangs.
3. Werewolves - Some people get a disease called lycanthropy and grow hair, crave blood, and are attracted to the moon.
4. witches - There are people who do evil stuff to become witches and practice magic and spells.
I know that these people could be the same as me or you, only sick.But what about the ones who can't control their urges. What about the ones who are crazy? Are they or are they not as dangerous as the ones in the movies?

Witched do exist, and they're exactly as u described them. But the rest not so much.
Spirit of a dead person - it's called a soul and dead or no dead, it's still a soul, and when a person dies, their soul goes to heaven but the body stays behind so it's worthless.
I don't know how to proove you're wrong about the others but u are.

I prefer to believe in Demons, as is written in the Bible. They are very real, and I have seen them, as well as angels.
