Can this notebook handle WoW?

It's made by NEC, and has a 1.66 core duo processor, 1gig of RAM, and ATI's Radeon Xpress 1250 chipset. Maybe I should get more memory added so that I can dedicate more RAM to the graphics? I'm so bad at this stuff. It's the LaVie 850 model by NEC, only avaliable in Japan.

I know that's what blizz says, however, even if you run their recomended specs, it will be really laggy in areas of high activity, and with the Burning Crusade due out soon, I'm afraid that the demands are going to be upped.
