People take themselves too seriously! I am totally able to tell when some one is joking and it pisses me off to get flagged because I post a joke. I'm with ya!

It depends. Sometimes its so obvious (or at least it should be). Other times you can't tell. You assume the person is telling the truth and is in need of advice.

depends on the person, I usually get jokes, unless they are racial or have to do with child molestation, then it is not longer funny.
