I now avoid any Republican who is not discerning enough to identify the truth that is patently clear.

They have no credibility, they lost that in 2002.

Enough with this guilty by association garbage! If Republicans played it the same way, every Democrat would have been on the chopping block with Clinton back when he was partially impeached for lying to a Grand Jury!
People aught to start looking at the individual candidates rather then the party, as many career politicians on both sides have lost credibility long ago!

Truth is as you say.. the truth.
One problem is that the people you support refuse to identify themselves outside of their own groups for what they really believe.
If they want socialism so bad, why do they NOT run on it?
If they think Communism is the way to go, then why not run on those terms instead of taking the middle of the road approach to win and then slyly put in amendments to bills allowing certain socialist and communist agenda's to start?
I do not think the republicans are where they should be yet either. But at least they do not hide their agenda.

The Republicans have lost alot of credibility but not by "sheepish behavior". It is our party that is acting too sheepishly, the Republicans are too hawkish.
