The best music headphones will be studio headphones. The larger the driver the better the sound. If you prefer to listen to music with lots of bass, look for a lower low-end frequency response. If you prefer classical or vocal, look for a higher high-end response. Usually they won't vary that much, though.
I have a pair of folding Sennheiser headphones for my laptop. They have good sound and are comfortable, but don't have the full earcups that a good pair of studio headphones will have.
I would go to an audio store and try on several different versions to see what feels the best, and then go with the best quality you can afford. I would expect to pay upward of 75.00 for a good pair of headphones for music.
If you are looking for a small, more casual solution, then I would get a pair of Sennheiser or Sony headphones. Usually they are between 40 and 80 dollars, get the style that you like and that fits you the best.

i'm very sorry to take heed to that. I had the unlucky adventure of have pals play all forms of adverse track very loudly and in any respect hours of the day and nighttime for 4 in the present day years. It became fairly annoying. the final direction of action i got here upon, after attempting to ask them to instruct it down, became a great pair of noise-canceling headphones. completely fairly certainly worth the investment. exceptionally because of the fact asking inebriated human beings to maintain it down is like asking a toddler to end crying. even nonetheless, tremendously much no longer something can completely drown out the rap with the bass grew to become up so loud it actually makes the residing house windows rattle. If asking them to instruct it down isn't an option, you may incredibly attempt drowning it out with in spite of the fact that track you take excitement in. it may artwork, you in no way comprehend. solid success with that nonetheless, and my sympathies.
