down load the picture. i understand there are many pictures.
use zipping utilities like PKZIP, or RAR files to compress.
The receiver of ur mail should also have the same utility to uncompress, so that he can view.
If he does not have the tool zip to exe
The picture size is generally huge, and ur mail utility have a limitation, it cannot send beyond certain size like 2mb or in some case 10 mb. check with ur mail utility, like wise compress that many files.
e.g if ur utility has 2 mb attachment then compress files upto 1.5mb, the balance is used for header, mail & other info. send this as an attachment. If ur size is more send multiple mails of 1.5mb or less, till u have send them all. like wise u have to inform ur receiver to open the file and store the photo and delete the mail, else ur mail may bounce back.

when you write an e-mail right under the subject line it should say attachment.
click it. then click browse and depending were u saved your pictures go there.
click on your picture file and click the OPEN button.
your picture file should now be on your e-mail.
now do everything you do just like you are send an email.

For the second question, Josh B pretty much answered that... as for the first question, there is usually an attach/attachment option in your compose. Find that and rest should be easy.
