we are only victims of circumstances if we choose to be. not being able to control a situation does not mean that you are a victim of a circumstance because your attitude towards the situation still determines whether or not you are victimized.

Thus, we are all the masters of our fate if we choose our decisions and actions wisely and accept full responsibility for it. Everything in your life is a product of a choice YOU made.

So it is only ultimately up to you as to whether or not you choose to be a master or a victim

How one answers this really gives great insight into how they live their life. I believe we are masters of our own fates. We are born into circumstances; some good, some bad. No one states that anyone born into good circumstances, who chooses to stay there, is a victim of those circumstances. We only say that for negative situations. So, the difference is the perception. Only we can perceive if a circumstance is good or bad for us, and only we can choose to do something to change the circumstances in which we find ourselves.

We are a combination of the two. We are victims of circumstance because we can't do anything about our genetics and some of the illness we may get as a result of that. But we are Masters of our fate because it is up to us as to what we do with what we are dealt. We can choose top sit around and feel sorry for ourselves and lead a miserable life, or we can face our problems and deal with them with as much of a smile on our faces as we can. We can take our situations and make them make us or we can take them and teach others how to deal with the same problems.

Joy is invisible, happiness, peace, contentment. The radio is invisibles yet you hear it. It is a product of the law governing sound waves. Law is invisible, yet you see the manifestation of different laws every day. To run a locomotive, you study the law of applying power, and you apply that law when you make the locomotive go. These things are not the result of invention. The law has existed from the beginning. It merely waited for man to learn how to apply it. If man had known how to call upon Universal Mind to the right extent, he could have applied the law of sound waves, the law of steam, ages ago. Invention is merely a revelation and an unfoldment of Universal Wisdom. That same Universal Wisdom knows millions of other laws of which man has not even a glimmering. You can call upon It. You can use that Wisdom as your own. By thinking of things as they might be instead of as they are, you will eventually find some great Need. And to find a need is the first step towards finding the supply to satisfy that need. You've got to know what you are after, before you can send the Genie-of-your-Mind a-seeking of it in Universal Mind.

Obviously masters of our fate. If you jumped in front of a car right now would you call that circumstance? I think not. It's your choice to be either one. For example if youre waiting to get a call for a job and you find out you don't get it you have the choice of either letting it get you down or go out and look for another job.

A combinitation of both. You make the best decisions you can based on the circumstances and the info, provided and you hope fopr the best results. E.g. you dont want to jump of a skyscraper without your parachute. but if it was packed properly and dosent open... you get my point?

That's why we are bestowed or rather equipped with the ability to reason, therefore it is our responsibility to ensure the well being of other species including the environment(Ecosystem) of this magnificent wonderful earth.
