Try Whole Foods, Wild oats or your local health food store.
Also since I don't know where you live I can't give you a specific name, but you could also try an asian grocery (chinese or japanese) since mung beans are common in those cuisines.

You can sell t hem in a grocery store.. They are delicious when cooked and prepared properly... I have purchased them at the local grocery store.. a common item
