all fats, especially the saturated variety. if you want a layman's check; it's the type of fat that congeals & turns solid when it's at room temperature. butter's one of the worst.

you can get cholestrol free oil though, with a little research of your locality you should be able to find some or enquire at asda or tesco or M&S

You actually need cholesterol to be healthy. That is why doctors now pay more attention to your LDL (the so called "bad cholesterol") and HDL (good cholesterol) levels
