I'm not sure there is a correct answer for this, but I'm gonna give it shot. I would say to get out and let the friend drive the old lady while you start the walk with your love. Me and my love are in good health so we can walk..and since were on a unknown road maybe someone in a truck will drive by to pick us up.

You get in the car's trunk, (car's boot in England), have your girlfriend drive and your friend sits in the passenger seat with the old lady sitting on his lap. Do not close the trunk. That arrangement should attract the police or a good samaritan other motorist who will help after you are stopped for dangerous driving. You might not even get a ticket. Also one of the 3 may know where you are. That's why you get to sit in the trunk. If your friend also does not know where he is you can fight for the trunk.

It's only one person. The one driving is an old man, the old woman about to fall and die is his wife, who is the love of his life and best friend and the one who recently saved his life.

I'll the one who saved my life, because I can return back his/ her kindness. Who know one day we have be good friends and we can work or help one another. If the one is a he, he may become the love of my life. We can become compatible.
Sorry for the old lady, since she is dieing let her die in peace. The only thing I can do is to help her up and bring her to a nearby shelter.
For the love of my life, I may love the person how I know how much he loves me. The only thing I can do is give him and umbrella.

I would have to say that they are all the same person
so that I could take any "1" that I choose and still have
all of them.
"I" could be an old man...and the friend, love of my life
and old dying lady "could" be my wife.
"I" could also be a son or daughter and my friend, love
of my life and old lady could be my mother.
OR
"I" could be a redneck driving the love of my life ol'
2 seated pickup truck and the ol' lady and best friend
