How do i get another website's server to not mark my server as spam? I cannot send emails because of this.

The server i am trying to send to is sorbs.net/lookup.shtml?66.163.179.150

There is a request for removal here: http://www.us.sorbs.net/

That blacklist usually means that you have your server configured as an open relay. You need to fix that before you request, because they usually test it and only remove it if it is closed.

Get in touch with the server owner/admin and ask them to remove you from their spam/blocked list.
