change the fuel filter
take off the throttle body and the manifold and clean them. get the can that says it's safe to use on intake manifolds and just clean off all the black ****
while you're down there you can take out your injectors. you can take them to a garage to be cleaned and tested. i just soak the tips in a little cleaning solution. put them back in with fresh O-rings
put your manifold back with a new gasket, same for the throttle body.
put in a new air filter. fuel system should be OK.

Grab a can of Seafoam. It's a metal can, white cap and red lettering. They have it at a lot of autoparts stores, and I swear by it. Make sure you follow the directions on it.

One can of Berryman's B12 through the gas tank every year on your birthday. Nothing magic about your birthday, it's just easy to remember.
