Well, your other questions were the same. MRI costs more by the way. My advice to you is this. Drive yourself to the local Health Department or call them and make an appointment with the Dr. there. They should keep it confidential and you will get some advice from a medical person at least. Now. Your question, can it be a pimple, yes, it could and it may be and it could be an infection and it could be many things . But, what it could be and what it is really isn't doing you any good is it? Get to that clinic and talk to someone and get an exam. Then, if there is a chance that you have a bigger problem than a pimple or anything like that, you can deal with it and have help doing that.
Don't get freaked out. I hope you haven't been sleeping with everything that moves because it could be something else too. You need to know. Now, make the call, go to the appointment. Take a close friend or relative that you can trust to keep their mouths shut with you or go alone if you can't do that. We can't give you peace of mind on this forum. Sorry. Only a Dr. can do that. OK? It's probably nothing and you may just need some antibiotics....just go and see. Also, if you're 17 and your parents have ins. you should be covered. If not. Health Dept. will charge based on income. Ask them when you call. You may have to bring some info. with you. OK? Stay calm. Get some rest.

I could be wrong but I believe that this may be a sign of cancer. Does it feel like a small bean? I HIGHLY recommend calling your doctor RIGHT NOW.
I just found this online:
Cancer of the Testicle Symptoms
Most testicular cancers are discovered by the man himself when he notices a painless swelling (58%), lump (27%), or pain (33%) in a testicle.
The lump may be small (the size of a pea) or large (the size of marble or even larger)
Less common symptoms include a lasting ache or sensation of heaviness in the testicle.
Significant shrinking of a testicle or a hardness of the testicle are other less common symptoms.
Occasionally, a dull ache in the pelvis or groin is the only symptom.
Rarely, the first symptom may be breast tenderness (3%), a result of hormonal changes brought on by the cancer.
Changes in the testicle can be detected early by practicing monthly testicular self-examination. Self-exam is easy to do. Testicular self-examination is key to recognizing testicular cancer early. Males older than 18 years should be encouraged to perform monthly inspections of each testicle. For more information on how to do a testicular self-exam, see Prevention. Notify your health care provider about any suspicious finding or concern.

You have not mentioned your age. Doesn't matter. Wearing a tight jeans pant is also a problem. The brief you wearmay be tight and the testicles get squeezed inside the cup. when you sit on a chair with legs crossed, your scrotal bag is compressed and testicles get crushed. Initially this may not be painful but this will heat up the region. Normally left ball will hang down or twist down in its fashion and will not synchronise with right. So the left is loose and more prone to strokes. As much as possible bathe in cold water and dip your balls in cold water for them to shrink. Lifting weights will ofcourse affect the spinal cord, abdomen muscle, eye balls, central nerves and ultimately the nerves of testicles are pulled due to tension. Just general workout is enough and too much will of working for the body will affect the body. So take care. Everybody's body system is not alike and the workout for you may not fit the other man. Also when you masturbate, the to/fro stroke given to penis will make the left ball to jump up and down and consequently due to gravity your testicle will hang at its lowest. Much of veins and spermatic cords are coiled up inside the bag and increase the weight of the bag even if your testis is not swollen or big.

it could be an ingrown hair.
If the pain is inside, it could be testicular torsion (twisted testicle) and be check immediately.
Yeah, you might have a weakened tendon...if you wait, you could wind up with full torsion and thus it will die from the lack of blood flow and they will have to remove the dead testicle.
Don't worry about the money. If your parents are THAT poor, they can fill out paperwork at the hospital for financial aid or charity. Talk to your dad, or maybe even a coach...or hell, walk into an ER! If you haven't got your health...you haven't got anything.

Quit fooling around by asking this here. Tell your father, he will understand. Get to a doctor, this could be serious or turn serious.
