did any hear why he changed his #? i heard it was sumthin about lil'wayne and how he came up with the # and they are both fans of each other so he changed his #!! is that true????

oh its just one of my attention-seeking antics. you know me. i like to be on the spotlight all the time and i like to be talked about.
i have been desperately trying to be like mike and i try to copy the things that he's done like number-changing and all that crap. maybe I'll consider baseball in the future ha ha. but first i gotta win more scoring titles so that I'll be more like mike.
as for the number, i think its kinda corny, but 24 is one up to his 23. i want to be like mike but at the same time, i want to be better than him. badly. i know you guys don't agree with me but i am better than him. i am the best.

i know he changed his number to 24. He said something about that he had wore that number all his life up until the nba and that number wasnt availible on the lakers/hornets when he was drafted and traded. he chose 8 becuase his number at the nba combine/scouting camp was 143 and he just added those numbers up to get 8. I also think that this is a very wierd time in his career to change his number. It will be very wierd to see him the first time he wears it in a game.

I don't know if he has or not. I stopped keeping up with Kobe Bryant when he began to be a bad role model for kids.
