A copy of the data will not be present on the hard drive but there are some things that would be copied.
For example, if you save an HTML file on your flash drive and open it from another computer, the browser will save the file in its cache (temporary copy). The same is true for some other applications.
This said, most of the time you shouldn't have to worry about it. If you think you should then it would be worthwhile to hire a professional for your security.

There isn't a shadow of the flash drive but if you didn't delete the files completely from your PC their still there, even though you cant know which of the deleted ones were moved and which were just deleted.

No there is not. The only way to do that would be, if you have a PS3, get the memory card adapter, transfer all of your saves to the PS3's HDD, then transfer the saves from your PS3 to a flash drive plugged into one of the PS3's USB slots.

it depends if you save it directly to the usb then no files in your computer but if you just copied it from your computer then there is a files somewhere......

probably not, however you should be able to synchronize the flash drive to a folder on your PC so that it will.
