the simplest form for (8/13) is just (8/13)...the simplest form for (12/30) is (2/5)...

8/13 is, but we can still reduce 12/30 to 6/15 just by dividing by 2. Now, let's try dividing everything by 3. This would look like 2/5. This fraction is now in its simplest form.
