You can always try construction work!
Doesn't pay as much as it used to but still it's good honest work!

Not to mock you but the reason why I checked your question was because I wanted to find out what a jop was. Thought it was new slang. I don't think teaching english is an option for you. Probably 90% of Japanese highschool kids have better grammer and spelling than you do. Not to be mean just giving you the hard truth. Good luck with the job hunting.
Bar-tending is also a potential job if you speak english.

Just because *you* think your English and Japanese is good and people may tell you so, doesn't mean it actually is.

For example, what you posted above should really be:

"How can I get a job in Japan? I need someone to give me a job.
I'm married to a Japanese girl, have residence for 3 years in Japan, and a living and working visa.
I'm 23-years-old and I can speak English and Japanese well.
I worked in Egypt as a tour guide and an Arabic and English teacher.
I worked as a salesman in many Egyptian and international shops."

And no one in their right mind would just give someone wanting a job over the Internet one.
I shudder to think how your students' English turned out.

Learn how to spell and write properly first if you want to use English in your job. If not, maybe you could get a job at an Egyptian/Arabic restaurant. Travel agencies are always looking for multi-lingual people if you are really that fluent!
