Every single day of my life. I would just like to know where the

The more questions I read here the more I have that same feeling.
I also feel that stupid people should be required to get a license to reproduce.
You should be able to make a citizen's arrest for stupidity.

YES, YES, YES AND YES, But have somehow repressed the insatiable urge to just smack someone senseless for their stupidity, unfortunately smacking them up side the head does not always get the message through, and most have thick skulls and end up hurting my hand.
