Sounds like allergies to me. The time of year for them. I would try saline solution which is salt water warmed, up the nose....with an eyedropper or syringe without the needle or buy the nasal spray at wal mart. Use it several times a day. If you can, take benadryl at night to dry you up and maybe the two of them will get you so you are ok. Otherwise, the Dr. for you and probably expensive pills and nose sprays. Try this first, it's cheap. Buy store brand of benadryl also. It's the same thing. good luck.

if u ask about otc medication ..it's deffrent
runny nose needs a frist generation antihistaminic , any cold OTC medication that contains ;diphenhydramin,promethazine,cholorohpiramine.
note :they all couse sedation and drawsness,,so take care if u gona drive!
for stuffy nose; u can use nasal decongestants ,,otrivin or afrin for not than 3 days
or u can use any cold OTC contain pseudoephedrin..if u allways have it ,like me, u can use a normal salin nasal spray ,safe conveniant ,u can use it evry day
u'll find the doses& how to use on the box or ask the pharmacist to make sure ..

slice a white onion and put it near where your sitting. It will clear you up in a few minutes. be sure to get rid of it when your done though or your whole house will stink. i do this for my kids when they cant sleep, i put it next to their beds. works every single time...
