what kinds of aggressive driving can cause damage to an automatic transmission?

It's an '06 Honda Accord 4 cylinder automatic. i want to have fun with the car but am afraid to. it's not a lease, so i actually care about the car.

uh racing is the most damaging thing for a car. Like 1/4 mile drag strips. It is the hardest thing to do to your drivetrain.

High rpm shifting,if you shift in the wrong rpm's,you can damage your transmission.
