Absolutely. Look at Arizona... they have great players at all or most skill positions, yet they continue to suck. Why? Porous line... they can't get the run going and don't give their QB enough time to throw the ball. Warner especially tends to hold onto the ball too long. They need to bulk up the front, and they'll eventually be a decent team.
