i am trying to burn a clean copy of my dvd movie and i keep getting an error message "cannot connect trf" i have never got this errorr before.. please help me...

i did uninstall and the same thing keeps doing the same thing i was told to get the older version.. i dont know how to do that..

Delete Nero and reinstall, sorry.

Two things maybe causing your problem. Depending on the size of your content you want to copy there are two sizes in question 4.x GB or 9.x GB sized movies or data. Most single layers blank disc are 4.X GB so Nero may report trying to connect to recorder and the data maybe larger. The other possibility is that the media can be defective if there is any type of defect whether bad disc or even some material written or left after testing it may affect the software's ability to connect with the burners.

Some are copy protected DVD`s. Check your wrapper.

try unistalling it and restart your computer then install it again
