Some of the files are PDF and some are MP3. They are in my file manager.

The easiest thing for you would be to have an ftp site with them on and just email a password to the customer and a link to get them.

Warren H correct. This be your best way. True they may give your stuff to some Friends, but, you may still make money too.
I have had people email me the file and some just send me a link to the file page.

If these files are less than 3MB, then let people know that you will E-mail it to them after you get paid.
You might try a PayPal account.
