Having worked in an ER, there is no "least wait" time. ERs are randomly busy. It could be rush hour on a Friday and the ER could be empty. It could be 3:30 A.M. Sunday and it be jam packed from a mulitple car accident. If you need to go, go.

There is absolutely no way to say a correct answer to this. The Er's as told above are randomly busy at different times. So if this is an emergency you shouldn't be asking this just Go. Also if you are a walk in you may wait longer a true emergency by a squad gets you a bed right away but, Sill may be a long wait depending on how busy they are for waiting on test results back and all.

Between midnight and 4 am. I sit here all night waiting for someone, I need a patient. I need to make some money off someone, (ER visit) just to walk through the door costs about $210. then if you get a shot or have x-rays or lab, you are looking at a whopping $1000. to $1500. all because you had to come to the ER instead of go to your regular doctor and pay only $75. for the whole visit. So come on in , the ER is waiting just for YOU.
