I remember that then-Vice President Al Gore conceded the 2000 presidential election and retracted it in November of 2000. And after the whole fiasco was over, he officially delivered a concession speech in December 2000.
But I've never heard if then-Governor George W Bush had a concession speech written in the event that he lost the election. Does anyone know if he did?

Any time it's closer than 20 points in the polls, I'm sure there is a concession speech written beside the victory speech.

Bush already knew the outcome. Why prepare a speech for a fixed election?

The republican party in texas got many donations from the texas based company that made and ran the voting machines in florida... I doubt he would've had one ready because he knew what the outcome was going to be before any of us went to the polls.
