you can't have TWO primary active directory servers on the same "network"
your best bet is to make one the primary and the other a secondary domain controller;
have a look in
Start => Help and Support
once the interface is started, type "active directory" in search.

you may want to make a ++ backup of your two servers BEFORE starting to mess around with your active directory / domain controller config (!)

does your organization have a mother company or something where there might be more experienced ppl, who can help you?

once you got started & if you run into problems and don't have anyone else to fall back onto, try entering the error message(s) in Google

best of luck

Oh boy.... I don't think answers.yahoo.com is within the scope of how to do what you're asking.

Go buy an O'Reilly book on Active Directory and a second book on Networking and/or Network security book.

BTW - You can't really do what you want over night but keep reading and you'll get there. (Or pay someone to guide you through it)

Good Luck!
