where did u hear this? i havent heard this yet.
im guessing no. coz otherwise u'd see thousands of screaming fans with banners saying "panic! forever!"; chat rooms filling up with theories and such; and mtv/trl/vh1/the entire media universe saying sumtin about it. plus, they are still on tour.

No they are not breaking up, but one of their band mates Brent left the band and was replaced by Jon Walker.

No, that is not true. But their original bassist did leave earlier this year. He was successfully replaced.
