You could cancel the plan but there is a large fee if you do it before the contract is up.

Easy Answer to this question my love !
Cancel the Contract and tell them why u want to in writing .
If they Don't listen then don't pay them anything and just shout down the phone of they Ring you to Piss off !
I did this and they never phoned me again and the whole Contract got wiped ! X
Easy way out . if they keep calling Phone Bt and get them to Stop the Number.
They cant make you pay for something you have not payed for . If you want the best answer use pay as you go ! Miles better and you know what your using .
Contract is a total con.

Do you receive ring tones or some other test message of some sort every month. As sometimes you can text message to a service one and they keep coming every month until you cancel.
Ask to speak to the complaints dept. and take name of the advisors you speak to and the extension numbers as this will help.
This might help but the grounds for your early termination are not very strong. When a mobile phone company gives you a 12 month contract they provide you with a subsidised phone price to reflect this, and cancelling early means the mobile phone company will be losing out, so it is a catch 22 situation.
I hope this helps!

You really need to speak to someone at Orange, but you must remain calm and say your piece, do not be aggressive as chances are your call may be recorded and used against you should things get heated. I was in a similar situation with T-Mobile, i wrote to their head office, sent the letter by recorded delivery and kept a copy of the letter. i told them basically that they were not getting a penny from me unless this mess was sorted and agreed terms met, i told them that the contract was not valid because they broke the agreeement. I received an apology and the new contract they offered was excellent. Just state your case and take it from there. Good Luck!!

It may be that some disreputable company has gotten hold of your number. My suggestion would be ask your service provider what number is taking the credit, and send "STOP" or "X" to that number. Leagally this has to stop the claim. If this doesn't work, I would not be sure how to cancel your contract, but if it does work, you may find that you no longer wish to.
Also, if you do decide to end the contract, have you considered a Pay-As-You-Go tariff, as you only use your phone for emergancies?
Good luck

Unfortunately you are stuck with the contract. The only ways you can get out of it is not pay it. Then that will affect you credit rating. The other option is to pay the early cancellation fee which varies depending on your contract.

dont know how the downloads keep appearing when your not using it unless you phones been signed up to a pay weekly ringtone thing, if thats so youll probably find your getting texts from them you can resolve that normally by sending the word "stop" to the relevant text number , would suggest you othere alternative would be to email you contract provider with your problem usually seems to be easier to resolve issues with them via email, would suggest a quite strong letter regards problem ! anyways good luck hope some of that might help :)

You will have to wait until March when your contract expires, other wise they will charge you some extra pounds for early terminations of your contract with them.Best way is to talk to your company and put it as idle for use.But you are using for quick calls so you will have to pay the monthly charges and other taxes on it.If you keep totally idle until your contract end,you won't be charged for the monthly charges.

You have answered your own question. If your contract expires in March then you cannot cancel until then.If you do you will be liable to pay the charges until the end of the minimum term.

don't cancel til your contract ends,if u do you will pay more big bucks/change your number/ask them to put a block on every thing/like anything to do downloads/no text messages/any thing that will cost take it off/put it on the cheapest plan they have,u really need to ride the contact out/i had to pay 1,000.00 per phone and i have 6 cell phones,or u can always put it on pre pay/u can cards, when minutes get low/and change your cell number/put a password on it and don't tell no one what that password is.
