I'm looking for the article " ethnicity and judges sentencing decisions in pennsylvania: hispanic-black-white comparisons" by darrell steffensmeier and stephen demuth, for a school project but when I search for the article all that comes up are bibliography references. I've found one site where it has the journal but you have to pay a fee for a subscription to view it. The article is supposidly free to the public, or my teacher has informed me that this is the case. Please help me find this article asap. Thanks

Do the search for the article on your university library's website. Your university library probably provides free access to the electronic edition of the journal.
